These earrings use original Australian Postage Stamps of the Yellow-Tailed Thornbill (on Teal background), from the 1968 pictorial stamp range. These colour combinations although printed in the late 60's are so contemporary and such a beautiful choice for making jewellery.
Each stamp is different and may show a little of the postmark which is quite a lovely addition. Earrings are made with the original stamp treated set under glass. They come in a range of beautiful hypoallergenic settings. Choose from a French Lever Back Style or an Elegant Drop. The drop earrings have rubber stoppers on them to prevent loss.
Your earrings will be presented on a card that explains their special qualities before being gift wrapped and carefully packaged.
