Hello Maria,
Thanks for your buying one of my pieces and your lovely feedback. When I've sent clocks I've put the hands close together to prevent breakage during shipping. So maybe you need to disassemble them and put again but not too close to each other. If you had any problem please let me know and I will be glad to help you in any way or change the clock for another item.
