| Comment : | I ordered the wish necklace and I received it extremely promptly. It is lovely and exactly what I thought I was getting. The payment was easy via visa card. I would use the service again. I unfortunately snagged it two days later and snapped the chain, however I am planning to get it repaired, that was me being clumsy and nothing to do with the quality. Thanks for making the purchase process easy and prompt. It is always a little worrying to be getting items off the computer, but I would recommend your company to others. | Comment : | Body and hair oil is a gift as was the Burlesque Dancers Thigh perfume - as yet the body and hair oil has not been given but have to say that the size of the perfume (Burlesque Dancers Thigh) was very small (the photo deceptive)considering the cost - I would purchase the oil again but most likely not the perfumes. This is an observation rather than a complaint by the way :) |

Appreciate your feedback Kayleen. Sorry you feel disappointed with the size of the Limited Edition tin. I will now include the quantity in the listing and thank you for your frankness. We do appreciate customer feedback. F.I.Y, you have approx 8 mls of solid perfume in the tin. I would however like to defend the cost which I believe is very very reasonable. The botanical ingredients are quite costly and the delicate process of mixing the Floral wax with the oils only permits very small batches being made and poured. As the perfumer I consider this a beautiful process and its my pleasure to create these handmade varients but I see perhaps I have failed to convey this in the product listing. The Body Oil has been very popular and received lots of wonderful feedback so I do hope the recipient enjoys it! Cheers, Francesca

Just a suggestion: it was nice that the tile came wrapped so well and in a nice box but then we realised we could not write a personal message on the back (as suggested on your site) as the box was sealed with a sticker and we would have to open it to get to the tile. Once the seal was broken we realised it might look like we were re-gifting a present to her as was already open. So we decided not to use the box in the end and just wrap up in the tissue paper. The box is a nice touch, just don't sticker it closed, you could just stick the sticker on the box for branding purposes. Thanks again, was lovely. |
