Mauria Te Pono - Believe In Yourself
The Maori of New Zealand have a beautiful melodic language, Te Reo, that is intrinsically linked to their culture and their spiritual identity. The wording on this bracelet represents that identity offering the wearer the benefit of an ancient, traditional wisdom.
This lovely soft cuff bracelet is made from 100% recycled Blue leather and hand stamped and hand painted. The leather is sustainably sourced from 2nd hand belts and is 100% genuine leather.
It is asymmetric in shape measuring from just over 1inch to 3 inches wide and is complete with antique copper colour snap fasteners allowing for wrist sizes between 7 and 7.5 inches. The bracelet also has a beautiful decorative brass clasp.
This bracelet is one of a kind. I can make others with the same wording but it is unlikely I will ever find another of these belts. If you like the wording, but want another size, let me know. It will not be exactly the same, but I will try to make it as close as I can! (use the 'Got a Question' function at right)
