This ring was made using the art of lost wax casting. Lost wax casting uses a carved wax object, in this case a ring, to form a mold. The wax is melted and molten metal is filled in the space left by the wax.
All of my pieces are one off castings, meaning the mold is used once and only once, giving each piece its own uniqueness.
This chunky style of ring is made of sterling silver and is accented with a bar of 18k yellow gold.
