These petite and delicate scalloped stampings from the Art Deco period. These pretty oval settings are decorated with tiny scallops. They are set with 6x8mm vintage glass cabochons from Austria. These are 'new' vintage stones in ruby, glass, and montana (blue). A special characteristic of these vintage glass cabs is the starburst placed inside the glass.
The brass stampings are sourced from overseas and have been pressed using the original vintage moulds. True to their vintage origins they are exactly the same as what a jeweller in the Art Nouveau era would have used. They have been plated with sterling silver and then oxidised to provide an antique finish. The shell leverback findings are also sterling silver plated and are hypoallergenic settings.
