However, I was unable to proceed through the checkout unless I inserted a choice of courier charge so had to pay that charge. I received my orders within days, so was very impressed. | Comment : | Because this is my Christmas present I can't comment on the actual Hei Toki but the service and communication has been excellent, friendly, clear and helpful. There was a delay which was communicated clearly and honestly and I actually liked the way they prioritised what they needed to do most - reinforced that the people making this piece know what is important and that they would be the right kind of people to buy a taonga like this from.
